1.      The Electoral Guidelines shall be applicable to all aspirants contesting for the various Positions of King Saheed Osupa Global Fans’ Club

2.      Collection of intent/Nomination forms commences on ——————-2023 by 12:00PM and Submission Closes on ————————- 2023 by 2:00PM

3.      Screening of Candidates Shall be on ——————-2023 by the constituted Electoral Body in each state and in Diaspora.

4.      Election shall be by Secret Open ballot system.

5.      Contestants Shall pay  a Non Refundable fee of ————for the Nomination form

6.      All Aspirants must not have been found guilty or under investigation for any criminal act, embezzlement and other financial Infractions with any  association/organization  within and outside the state and in Diaspora

7.      All submitted forms must be verified by the Electoral Committee.

8.      Aspirant must not be a member of any other  Fan’s  Club

9.      All positions held by members of King Saheed Osupa Global Fans’ club must be declared vacant before the commencement of Elections

10.  Electoral committee is urged to discharge its duties without fear or favour towards the conduct of a free, fair and credible election.
